Its stunning rainbow-colored bracts hang like decorative Christmas ornaments, with bright red, yellow, and green hues that last for months on end. Each flower spike can grow up to two feet long and dangles gracefully downward, creating a tropical waterfall effect that gets more dramatic as the plant matures. This plant grows at a moderate rate. It can reach 3 to 6 feet in height.
